About Pat

I am 38 years old, a lifelong resident of East End and a third generation East Ender. I have been married to my wife, Chantelle for 10 years. We have a beautiful 8 year old daughter and our son is 3 years old. Our second daughter, Jenna Grace, passed away the same day she was born from the birth defect called anencephaly in August 2005. We just had a baby daughter, who was born on June 21st and she is doing great! I am the eldest son of Russell and Toni Bisbee of East End, and am a 1989 graduate of Sheridan High School.

I have always been involved in activities to help our community. I served as a volunteer firefighter and a station captain with the East End Fire Department from 1984-2001. I am a Christian and active member of East End Baptist Church. I was previously elected as your J.P. from 1995-1996. After being defeated in the 1996 and 1998 elections, I was elected again to this office in 2000, 2002, 2004, 2006 and in 2008.

Thank you to everyone who voted for me in the primary election on May 18th. I was re-elected with 78% of the vote!!!

I love being a J.P., but it doesn't pay the bills, so I do have other employment. Currently, I am employed full-time with Central Mortgage Company/Arvest Bank in Little Rock as a Repayment Plan Specialist. I have been employed by Central Mortgage since 2008.

I am a licensed amateur(ham) radio operator. I'm a charter member of the Little Rock South Lions Club here in East End. I also am a Notary Public and am available most evenings and weekends by appointment for Notary work or wedding services.
